Day 1 (Friday)
Rush to ACJC from my last day of the IAD proj 3 block that we all have been working intensely for the last 2 mths!
To be honest, although on the surface i was quite excited for this event..but deep down inside i wasn't like actually totally looking forward at first...bcoz after going to so many such evangelism conferences over the years from crusade, i was thinking.. oh well its going to be the same again... BUT wow i was WRONG RIGHT ON THE FIRST NIGHT! Firstly The specially invited international speakers in the first 2 plenary sessions were really really good! And i was really encouraged and bless from their message!
First was Dr Richard Mouw from America and the second Rebecca Pippet also from america who became my 2nd fav speakers of the conference! I was really in awe of her preaching style and her approach to evangelism! She really has a powerful gift in this area! She shared her personal testimony of reaching out to this particular very worldly women and how later this women's son got to know Christ when he was 5 yrs old and when the son grew to up at 27 yrs old, he became a minister of Christ and that brought her to tears in her sharing! And wow i cld really sense her joy in seeing thru this whole process of God working thru her and different ppl! there was more to it actually! But u got to be there to hear everything! after friday i was INSPIRED for the whole conference! And indeed my heart was set AFLAME! =)
DAY 2 (Saturday)

Youth Plenary- Sy Rogers...

His my favourite speaker of the WHOLE CONFERENCE! First of... i have heard many speakers over the years from all over the world...But yesterday i heard the MOST AUTHENTIC and HONEST sharing from anyoneeeeeeee in my life! you cld really tell this man who had a very complex dark past has been totally redeemed and cleanse by our mighty Lord Jesus! And he is one perfect example of a man redeemed for Christ and Born again!!! Not only was he Real and honest with us... he had a very funny sense of humour and very engagingg style when he preach! Anyone a short intro abt this man is! He is regarded as a gifted international communicator, award-winning talk show host, recording artist and pastor and served for over two decades in ministry as a pastoral care specialist regarding sexuality and related concerns.
Anyways i'm really impressed by how he approached the many questions thrown at him espescially the example of Science Vs God...and how he explain it in so comprehensive details that will blow your mind! To summaries on that point Science actually underscores and amplifies God! And he went on to give a veryyyyyyyyyyyyy interesting science lesson on various issues! That shows the bible talking abt science! Well since our Lord is the creator of everything he will surely know the facts of life too right! And well its all proven in the bible itself!

Anyway at the end of his sharing and teaching session i realised more than 2 hrs just past! That was how enjoyable the whole session was!

After that our small grp headed for 2 adult workshops together, part 3 and part 4 of Sharing our Faith Naturally & Effectively by none other than Becky Pippet! It was a very practical styles of evangelism! And indeed learnt a lot from her... one thing of evangelism...we really have to be honest and be ourself when we reach out... we sld learnt to develop a style of evangelism with our personality! And i like the way how sld had this practical steps of leading a conversation into Christ...

(Our small grp had really one very amusing dinner as we just observed moonie many different emotions thru out that evening! And we even did an experiment on her without her knowing!..she was soooooooo LOUD that even the Photographer came to our table and took a pic of her and us!)

For the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE of hearing different ways of sharing the gospel! I have never heard a message talking abt the gospel from REVELATIONS itself!
THE STORY of the INVISIBLE CHRISTMAS STORY...
"They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Revelation 12:11" Dr Allison highlighted again that we are at war with the forces of darkness and evil. The devil will stop at nothing to devour us. BUT by the blood of the Lamb we are saved!
What an awesome conference of back to back speakers and spiritual food! Now im really fed! HAHHA! no regrets at all coming here! And manage to pick some new insights in evangelism!
Day 3(Sunday Wesley YM evangelistic sunday)
Gunther Mueller from america born with german blood came down to our youth service in todays Ym evangelistic sunday!
And indeed God use him mightily as the gospel message spoke to many youths! I really cld see so many youths touch by God and really cleanse by the blood of Jesus during the ministry time, as i was praying for the youths i really cld see God working in their life and settling issues in them... there was this boy pouring his heart out to me and was crying as i prayed for him. And so many more! I cld see committing their Life to our Lord again and some for the first time!
Afternoon had our FIRST cross trainer curriculum session led by shashi! It was a very good session on "planning" and even i manage to take some new insights from him! one thing that i will rmb from his sharing is.... we all need "THE SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE"...especially in this sub-ministry... as we need to give our Lord the BEST in everything from planning to execution!
Anyway it was one packed weekend..and now.... i can finally rest for the first time in this 2 mths! NO SCHOOL TMR!!!! OH YEAAAAAAAAAAAA! =) REST DAY!
