Today Ym service was superb mannnnnn! Eugene really is one anointed worship leader! and he had a great band to back him up!!! I was actually quite shack at first from the brutal match the day before... with stud marks on my thigh still! and my legs was actually wobbling! But when it came to the first song! God is Great!!! I suddenly felt so hype up!!! at 930 am!!! i felt sooo refresh and suddnely had the energy to jump to this jumpy song!!! Yipeeee! and i saw the 2 older leaders chieh ming and sandy also jumping in the front!!! It was really one great worship man!!! The songs were very meaningful!!! Especially the offering song! When Eric did one very good rendition of this song by Steven Curtis Chapman, God is God! and he even did jus as good as the original!!! He have one really good voice!!! almost everyone said his rendition of that song was reallly good! oh yea..wen hao came today! and he cld join us for our YM CAMP!!! Well.... when we broke into grps, we had another great sharing and discussion abt the msg today... And i shared abt how i actually wasnt in any ministry at all last yr...but suddenly this year i'm like in so many ministries..the cross-trainers, the ym leaders and really involve in campus crusade... but i'm really glad to serve him in all this areas! As i have really learnt a lot and grown from all this ministries and thats how God's grace has really benefitted me!!!! PTL!!!! After small grp! had a x-trainer meeting... whereby i had to oversee this grp to plan for the retreat games! And we are suppose to use Ping PONG ballss! so wad games can we use with this!!! pls give me ideas!!!! And my grp i was given to was all girls lor! sighhh....... there sld be at least one guy la! aiyooo... how am i going to oversee all this girls on my first major assignment....oh well.... we roughly had some ideas plan out during my chat with grace just now...hopefully we can brainstorm moreee!
Vyan and me den headed to the second service.... and i got to say honestly!!! 1130 service was sooo much better man! altough that wasnt my service... i cld really sense the youths there are more hype up for God! altough it was a smaller crowd..compared to the realllly HUGE crowd in the 930 service...where most of the youths are quite dead...sigh... but when vyan and me rush for the 1130 one... we immediately ran to the front and started JUMPING to the first song!!! And andrew join us...and nicole was behind me jumping too! I cld really see the ppl around mee sooo ENTHU!!!!!! I really felt so glad!!! Even during the worship part... almost everyone around me were lifting their hands! really in awe to our MIGHTY GOD! I felt so touch by it! lor!! Sob Sob! maybe there will be REVIVAL coming to Ym soon! starting with the 1130 service! I really see hope in here!!!! but i really one 930 service to be like this hype tooo! As this was the service i grew up in....sighhhhh!
After church.... had lunch at carl junior with ben tan, his friend stan, vyan, wen hao, josh and laura.... and they put SALT and PEPPER in my BURGER lor! when i went to refill the drink!!! aiyooo!!!!
We headed back to YWCA and had really funnn CARD gamesss session in our room! Played LANDLORD!!!!!!!!!! and i won one rd!!!! phew! And this vyan really had a grudge on me lor! always aiming to bomb my buildings! And then theres this irritating card! called the "SQUATTERS" which destroyed my last game totally!!!! Well it was really one brutal violent backstabbing card game man!!! Especially with christians and other Ym leaders! And chieh ming out of all ppl was like the mastermind!!! And thaan there was this really fun bridge game where eunice bid up to 5! And she won like 10 sets!!! and vyan and me jus made it for the remainding 3 to seal the game! Yipeeeee!
Alright heres the good part!!!!!!!! I just had a really good chat with my ex cj buddy, ziyan! which i didnt talk too for a realllyy loooooooong time! And he told me he has been attending church! But most of all! He accepted CHRIST!!!!!!!!! YIppppppppeeeeeeeeeeee! He really made my day man!!! And It all started on this very day... in the first 3 mths in cj...at harbourfront macs! After the bowling trials! when i first ever shared with him my testimony over dinner! And it was really God's plan for that event... bcoz it was plan so nicely that he cld even go for the bowlin trials at first! I still remembered every single details of that day! I den invited him to church...but after a while he stop coming bcoz he was really busy with his scouts..butttttt at least now his GF brings him to her church!!! sooo dats just as great! Dats how wonderful God's plan is!!!! I feeeeeeeeeellllll sooo happyyyyy for him!!! Now we plan to catch up with one another one of this days!!! Hopefully can get out click in cj! Terriblee brutal soccer match!!! Wesley Ym 1-2 St james church (actual score sld be 2-2 due to unforseen circumstances)!!!Today morning rush to TP for campus crusade meeting... was quite a good planning session with the STs den i was supposeee to go for the cj open houseee with keith and vyan who crash cj! but it was too late for me!!! sighhhh.... miss those cjcsians!!! and i heard they did the MASS DANCEEE! sob sob...=( wish i was there to see it again.... re-live the good old days... and keith agreed with me that CJ MASS DANCE ROCKSSS! Better den SA!!!! hahaha! Keith and vyan also met up with my cj buddies cephas and ziyan at the fencing boooth! wah really wish i was there to see my other ex-classmates who join fencing too! arghhhh! having all the regrets nowwww! I misss fencinggggggggggggg! ok i better stop talking abt cj..makin me cry ='(...... HEY! joking joking onli la! well instead i rush down from Tampines all the way to Clementi..... met up with the other wesley ym soccer guys... and headed to Jin tai sec.... well... actually bad memories here.... was here before in sec 3 when st.gabs B'div soccer lost in the national rds in this skoooool! sighhhOk to the match!!! it was oneee brutal match man! It was Wesley Ym against St.james church...and this church ah... had this realllllyy HUGEEEEEEE defender he was SHOUTING like a mad man at everyone... and i cldnt tackle him.... he jus did a slight body check and i flew... and this happen thru out the match i was really chop down, left, right, up down by some of the huge guys there...I even have studs marks on my thigh now and bruises all over my body!!! i really need to buff up and go gym!!!! They took the lead... with keith as our GK...and well keith was verrrry shaky at the start...his not a soccer player at alll lor! But he actually did pretty well later in the game.... we equalise and actually scored the winner! but this ref who was a traineee(he had a trainer there)... disallowed that goal! bcoz he was influence by the other team...bcoz their gk was injured! and it was not our team fault at all... and thru out this temperment match..with a few cards given... and they scored the winner in the LAST second! sighhhh.... in the end.... we lost 2-1... shashi had a talk with the ref after the match and the ref actually agreed that goal was counted... oh welll.... can't blame anyone.....we lost our winning streak even after our last 10-0 victory!!! At least MANCHESTER UNITED just beat WIGAN 3-1!!!! Yipeeeeeee! The Red devils are back!!!!!! .......anywayssss now really exhausted.... but its SUNDAY tmr!!!!!!!!!!!! and its gonna be a great service man!!! joshua lam debut playing the guitar tmr!!! cant waittttttttttt.... Today watch one really cool DVD in the morning called The Lake house... I thought it was a slow boring show at first! But noooooo! I was wrong...i was surprisingly glued to the TV thru out the show! And it really kept me in suspense wanting to noe what was happening... 
The movie is abt A lonely doctor (Sandra Bullock) who once occupied an unusual lakeside home , and she begins exchanging love letters with its newest resident(Keanu reeves) , a frustrated architect. When they discover that they're actually living two years apart, they must try to unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary romance before it's too late. The cool thing abt this movie was they were actually sending letters to each other at the same place and supposely the "same time" but only one was in the yr 2006 whereas the guy was in the yr 2004... so it was really cool seeing how this "STRANGE" romance started... and the thing i remembered from this show was abt second chances! Bcoz of this... it end off with a HAPPY ENDING!!!! Watch it to find out how and why!!! Ratings! 4.5/5 STARS!!!! Catch the DVD!!!!!Night time... went for Ym Gap with vyan and keith and it was as usual another great prayer session! This time keith lead worship... bcoz i somehow sabo him..haha! but well... the pray time between the 3 of us was really SOMETHING man! bcoz we were quite close...we cld really share openly and jus pray so freely for YM, our small grp and ourselves! It was something which was very real... as we tried to pray from our heart and not from ourselves and trying to let the holy spirit lead us. This was actually the first time 3 of us prayed together...and i really thank God for giving me this great pray buddies! We really are the "CHANGEMAKERS"!!! haha!

Woke up in the morning! Dragging my feet as i needed to go back to skool for a talk by the TP Design Director... actually made plans to go watch World trade center with tw and avon... but daniel and jess msg me abt the crusade outing with simon... so i decided to go for the crusade outing instead and no regrets at all...find out whyyyy later in this entry.....
On the way to skool...bum in to cheryl on bus 58...was kinda of shock for a moment when someone tap my back while doing my QT on the bus... told her abt the crusade meetin in the new semester! So if u are reading this... do try to come on 25 oct! but if cannot, den u can come for the girls discipleship group! Looks like i'm a walking advertisement for campus crusade for christ...i have almost publicies to all the christians i noe in Tp abt crusade!!!!Back in skool... IAD and IMD freshies had a talk by the director, Moses... and boy! it was really one EXCITING and INSPIRATIONAL talk! This Moses really have the Charisma! and the personality that earns my respect and admiration! He sure can keep his talk interesting! And grab the attention of us... He shared stories and inspired us on how to be the HEAD and not the tail! And really to be the BEST! Well... it really brought up this competitiveness in you! With my GPA of 2.93 jus a little short of the desired 3.0 grade...it motivated me to work a little harder to reached that grade! And he was sharing abt how ppl usually downgrade their on skool unknowingly when they say stuff like " aiyaaa... my skool suxs also la" and how it actually downgrades yourself too... so i'm HONESTLY proud to say! I'm REALLY GLAD and ENJOYING myself to be in the BEST DESIGN SCHOOL in SINGAPORE! He shared abt how in 2005 NDP... Almost all the course in the Design school took part in it... for example, VSC the advertisement, IMD the cd-rom package , PID the Bag and some gadgets inside, the ADM supposedly had something but cldnt do it due to cost... and den left with us IAD which did nothing dat yr!!! sooo in 2006! The LAST NDP at the stadium! was when the IAD ppl sign up for it jus for fun at first! and surprisingly! GOT IT! Even though the yr 3 were having their final year project! So they cldnt miss this oportunity and had to juggled both instead! SO thats why i'm so proud to be from TP design!!!!!!! and i'm seriously not bias or lying at all!!! Moses if you are reading this now..this is really the truth! haha!After the good 2 and a half hr inspirational talk... i met up with simon and jess with avon too! We watched a movie called "You, me and Dupree"!!! And it was one funny show!!! The thing that i still rmb after the show was! DON'T LOSE the "NESS" in you! So now i'm Ben-ness! hahha! WATCH the show if u want to noe wads the NESS! hahahhaha! alright den... dinner time at burger king was the highlight of the day actually...we went into some really deeep conversation abt christianity, crusade and our own church! And we had a lot of deep sharings and i was really encourage by Simon testimony abt how only after 10 yrs! that he really saw God! Now i cld really see the PASSION and FIRE in his heart for God! And this encourage me to the close friends i shared christ before.... it took 10 yrs for simon... so how long for my other friends? Well it depends on God's timing... so Avon if you are reading this... imagine what God can do in your life? you may not see it now...but it happens to others.... I brought up this questions to them what was more important to us actually? Crusade or church? And HONESTLY i got to say! Wesley YM is actually where my Heart truely is! although i spend almost 70 percent of my time with crusade and really ENJOY it still... If not for my very own church where i was brought up in... and if not for that YM CAMP 05!! my life wld never have change! God had all this place in my life for a purpose! BUT! I got to say... campus crusade is one platform in my life that has benefit me a lot! Crusade was the one that help my spiritual growth thru Dg,Lm and the many many many SM trainings, poly summits, SM conference, CIA camps, TRP retreat! and many moreee! I have definitely gain alotttttt from all this trainings... and it really help me to be a leader in my very own small grp. I can go on and on and on abt my life changeee...but i wouldnt bore u.... but the reason my heart truely is with Wesley Ym is bcoz of me having this calling by God! To be the CHANGEMAKERS! and to make a difference in Ym! helping every youth transform for CHRIST! wah! its a vison dat kept me going for ym! and this brings me back to the talk by Moses he said " If you have a VISION you have a FUTURE"...but crusaders reading this... dun get me wrong... i truely still try my best to serve in Crusade! As i'm doing all this for God! and you guys really got crusade in my head too! hahha! always trying to lure ppl in tp to join crusade too! right simon! haha! Oh yea! and this strange thing happen during our deep conversation... a guy was next to us drinking his coffee and he seem to like eaves dropping to our conversation and seem really interested in it... and actually i'm glad he did as he cld be a non christian hearing our testimonies? haha! Simon actually talk louder when he notice that guy listening... and i seemed to saw another cheryl at BK too... i didnt say hi to her bcoz i was in such a deep conversation and wasnt sure it was the right person...but now somehow regretted... bcoz she jus said on msn i DAO! and i'm not lor! I dun want to be dao!!! rrrrrrrrrrr! oh welll! a really good day in the end! andddd its ONE MORE POST TO my 150 POST! watched out for it!!!!!
FOUND the BANG cardsss!Met up with vyan today to check out this place in orchard emerald where they sell all kinds of interesting card games or board games!!! Thanks to chieh ming for recommending this place! Vyan was looking for the game landlord while i was looking for the EVER POPULAR BANG! cards! And sadlyyyyyyyyy! It was sold out!!! Thats how popluar it was... so booked it when the new stock comes in!!! Later met up with keith,andrew and eunice to go for a 6-7 km run at the esplanade waterfront... this time... the hazeeee was terrible!!! But was a pretty good run... den when to play LAN with keith and vyan!!! welllll.... this post seems boring actually... not really and exciting post like the past few days... but wan to get to MY 150 post soon! 2 more post to go!!! Friday! I met keith abt noon after he jus finished his promos in sajc... we went to sim lim square near bugis and on the way home from there we pass by a lot of ppl doing MAGIC or Fortune telling,,,and it really was quite an unpleansant sight..seeing all this satanic work around... we were even stop by this guys who look like some gangster ah bengs..and they showed us their card magic tricks... It was the "INVINSIBLE CARD" trick... he tested keith first asking him to guess of a card..and keith chose the Ace of Diamonds and immediately when he fan the cards the Ace of diamonds was overturn! I actually saw that card overturn even before keith call for that card! dat was strange,,, he den did it on me... i guess the 4 of clubs! He sort of screw up... bcoz i notice the 4 of clubs was not overturn when he fan the cards butt he said he tot he heard 4 of spades...welll..... when i tot i fooled him.... he showed us another trick.. he showed all the cards were different..and keith den randomly chose a card...he saw it..and put it back to the deck..and when den before he showed us the next part of the trick..keith actually ask him if this was an illusion or real magic! and he actually blatanly said it was REAL magic... and immediately... he showed that ALL the cards in the deck were change to the card he chose!

Jus check my results today! And happy i pass my spaceform which i was so afraid i wld fail after wad my lecturer RACHNA! commented on that horrid day!!!! Now my worries are over! And as i shared before...i trusted God with my results after i was so worried dat day!!!! And by God's grace i pass it!!! I was so close to failing that module! But den i still didnt get a single A!!! Altough my last block which i step up and work harder... got B+ for both my colour and Visco... tot cld at least get an A for one of them... well! I'm okay with my results..but still thought could do much better for semester 2! GPA of 2.93 is not good!!! With

What an EXHAUSTING DAY! Intensive gym and 8-10 km run!Today been one of the most physically exhausting day for me... met up with nicholas in the morning to go the bishan gym! And i really push myself quite hard!!! After dat ate lunch at J8 and followed nick to the bishan library to teach him his science... didnt really do much... actually did more "sight-seeing" rite nicholas! Hahha! And dats wad we did the entire afternoon! Well! I took this chance to share the "WYS"(the What you see is not what you get book) with him also... he is the second person i actually shared this bk ever since i shared it with my other close friend Avon. I was praying really hard to myself as i shared the bk with him... but the tink dat made me really sad was... he had something against christianity... and i just dunno how to share smoothly with him, but i remembered this at the recent TRP retreat from a sermon that kept remindin me as i shared with him was... "the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so they cannot see the light of the gospel. 2 Corinthians 4:4" This really encourage me not to give up! But continue to try again and again to remove that "blindness"! Maybe its not his time yet.... Later... i rush down to raffles place.. to meet the other ysgl eunice from GAP and her company mates for a run along the waterfront of esplanade towards the end of kallang and back again! And it was a really loooooong run man! somemore i didnt run for abt 2 mths ever since the x-trainer 10 km run... but it was a pretty good 8-10 km run in abt an hr... my first time running at nite also...very cooling place to run here. Now i'm petty dead beat from the physical day!!! my arms and legs are aching!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! arghhhhhhhhhh!

Today hang out with my st gbas friends!!! Melvin,tw and nicholas around junction 8! I was teaching nicholas a bit of chemistry as he was retaking his science and maths o'level papers...and i can clearly remember wad i had learn still! COOL!
We den caught the movie ROB-B-HOOD! And it was one pretty funny good show!!! The plot was good! and it had its sad moments too! I wont go in details of wad the movie was abt... but its this 2 guys..jackie chan and his sidekicks who robs! And den there was this offer where they had to rob a BABY! And it was funny seeing two guys taking care of that baby and how they grew so attached to him... thanks nick for recommendin the movie! I'll give it 4/5 stars! Watch it man!!!!
Tmr... gonna go gym with nick in the morning, den teach him science at bishan library and den rushing of to this place near esplanade to go for a 7 km run with Jem and eunice. Finally,i get to exercise again!!! yipeee!

Today small grp topic was very relevant to most of the grp members who were having their promos or o'levels..it was abt overcoming stress! And really God works in miraclulous ways... its was plan so nicely that when we start this topic during this time! It was a very open sharing session, when englee shared abt how God had helped him in his stressful time... and i shared my story too...it was few mths back during my toughest Block! Which was space form and com di... i was really stress during those period, where i slept like 3-4 am everyday... and i sacrifice my time to spend time with the crusaders for Dg,Lm and it paid of as the crusaders encouraged and prayed for me! And i also took this time to spend more time with God despite the lack of time to finish my assignments.. and i prayed alot more too! really trusted God... and in the end ...by God's grace... i manage to continue the block, less stress and a peace of mind, I wouldn't noe wad i wld do if i didnt had God to depend on!... actually there was more to the story but lazy to write abt it now... the rest of the grp also shared their story... and we den decided to split into smaller grps to pray for one another during this stressful period for them.Later... went for lunch with my small grp and it was charles last day with us too before he headed back to australia... i den went to tw hse to learn guitar! And i spend abt 5 hrs straight on it! It was reallly tough at the start! i took more than an hr to master jus the E minor... I learned the chords Em,D,C,G first for the song Majesty(here i am)... well got the use of the chords by the 5 hrs... and now i'm addicted to Guitar! Gonna spend my this mth holiday learning the guitar!!! And hoping to be able to play a few songs smoothly by den! Yippeee! Den when for dinner at J8 and met my sec 4 maths/physics teacher, Mr Koh Kheng Wee!!! So glad to bum into him! Tw and I chatted with him for a while before meeting ben tan at some multi story carpark top! see pics for exact place...and we had a good long chat there....Now jus watch the Man Utd game on internet for freeee! Finally the programme i downloaded for the world cup had this game on here! And i got to see Man utd beat Newcastle 2-0!!!! Yay!!! :P
