This post is dedicated to my primary school best friend, Keith Neubronner whom i’ve known for the past 14 yrs since primary 4. After so many years I’ve know him. Finally had the chance to catch up with him again after about 8 mths ago, and right now i’m amazed at how the path he took is almost as identical as mine today.
Had the opportunity to hear his amazing testimony at how God has led him to be working full time as youth worker in church recently. And it’s amazing how we are both serving our Lord full time in the same ministry just that his in a catholic church while i’m in a Methodist church.
Also had this opportunity to hear first hand from a fervant catholic & ask questions pertaining to his theological understanding of the Roman Catholic faith, and hearing his sharing allowed me to understanding this denomination even better on certain views they hold that are different from us. Despite this very minor differences, I like it how we can still be so open to agree to disagree. And his definitely an authentic genuine believer of Jesus Christ whom I can see the Holy Spirit so evidently working in His life too. And I’m just so excited at what God is doing in his life today & calling him in the future.
Just thinking out loud, it will be quite amazing if one day who knows he becomes a Catholic Priest while I become a Methodist Pastor? That will be quite an interesting friendship we will have.! “Same Same but Different”
