POST CHRISTMAS BBQ PARTYS!!!!
The last 2 days went for 2 BBQs!!!!
Saturday!
Met up with the leaders of God's Clay, Englee,ellen,moonie and mel to have a follow up our our small grp discussion for 2008, headed to First SESSION of Baptism and Membership class at main church and i really glad that all the YMers were place in the same grp, with 1/2 alone from YM GAP and the rest whom i know too. There was Moonie,Ellen,Mel,Denise,Bel,Iris, Mag,Nicole,Jolyn,Glenda.... and theres Liz and Tiffany who didnt come.... but you know what IM THE ONLY GUY THERE!!!!! anyway BMC class was pretty fun!
After that met up with Ethel and Jem at Kovan MRT to get gifts for SERENE,MABEL and ALEX whos birthdays where coming up in January 2,3,4 ...thus they had this BIRTHDAY BBQ PARTY!!!!
Anyway i really enjoyed the foood and fellowship there! although i was new to most of the ppl here as it was ethel's church friends, but bcoz they were all really soooooo friendly got to know some of them better. Had a really nice time getting to know and talking with nicholas who joined Jem and me as we sat and talk for pretty long over dinner as the BBQ FOOD just kept coming to our table!while the rest ate oready and were hanging out in the living room. It was yummy yumm yumm!!

Went service with God's Clay...had discussion part 2... than headed for lunch at FAR EAST to eat at this Turkish Restaurant...
(forgot the name of this beef dish..but it was rich and good....the STICKY TURKISH ICECREAM was DELICIOUS!)
Headed home to do a bit of my portfolio and headed of again to Keith's place for BBQ with Sensibles. A small grp of us from God's Clay... mainly, Vyan,Charles and me and the rest of the Sensibles like Keith,Elliot,Shawn,Senise,Bel,mag,Marie-ann, Sen and Dom and another of their ex-ysgl with his wife. We had one nice time of fellowship and EATING AGAIN!

METAMORPHOSIS 2007!!!! (26-28 Dec) t Faith Methodist Church
Just came back from an awesome campus crusade conference!Just a sharing...i was actually not like VERY excited for meta when it drew nearer as i was quite tired from all those camps and retreats that i have been attending in december. But at the end of DAY 1... i was so refresh! And like what The crusade directer said, this conference is like a WATER BREAK! and indeed it was! I really got a lotttttttttt of spiritual feeding! And i really mean a lot! =)

PASTOR ANDREW..aka Gangster pastor! from Andrew and Grace Home!

Pastor Andrew aka the GANGSTER Pastor really is one UNIQUE pastor! He preach in a very unorthodox manner, but his message really was brought across in a very short and sweet very straight forward manner. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY pastors preach like the way he did! Was kinda stunt at the start by his jokes, but it was really good message in the end.

Keynote speaker( Dr Dave Park)
Remember i once shared on my blog abt this particular speaker Glen Berteau who spoke at the Ignite conference 2007, and i claim he was the MOST FUNNIEST PREACHER of ALL TIME!Well............. i just found someone who was JUST AS FUNNY as that preacher! and he is none other than DR DAVE PARK...he is formerly Director of Freedom in Christ Youth Ministries, is Founder and President of His Passion Ministries. He speaks internationally to youth leaders, parents and young people. With Neil Anderson(im doing a devotional by this guy currently), he co-authored several books, including Stomping Out The Darkness and the bestselling The Bondage Breaker Youth Edition.
Anyway his message really was very veryyyyy FUNNY! The entire meta conference cldnt stop laughing at his very funny stories which actually link very well with his sermon. And he really is a veryyyyyyyyyy good impersonator, he cld impersonate so many characters like sean connery and kermit the frog extremely well! REALLY LIKE THE REAL THING!
Something i wld like to share here was... at the end of the final nite..there was an altar call for those who wants to be called in to FULL TIME MINISTRY... and you know somehow...the calling for me into this area is slightly stronger than before, even Gladwin was talking to me abt this a couple weeks ago. And to admit, if i compare serving GOD FULL TIME or working in the market place.. i wld outright say I HAVE SOOO MUCH MORE PASSION and JOY serving in his ministry! But then at the same time.. i dunno if my flesh is saying this, or im compromising or maybe this might be another calling..... i somehow feeel i wld like to be in the working world for awhile at least to experience it and reach out to the market place instead and at least i can be a testimony out there and experience the same thing as others. So actually theres pros on both side... but im still praying abt it..anyway during that altar call... i dunno why.. but i kept SHAKING VERY VIGOROUSLY as i asked God if it was my calling to go up. I dunno if bcoz it was cold! but i had soooo much thoughts in my mind at that time...abt going into minstry... but i dunno if it was my own thought or really God telling me to go for it...so i asked God..."if its your will for me to do Full time...i wld like to hear a "YES!" ... i was somehow hoping i cld hear the same voice i heard the last time..but well...no real AUDIBLE VOICE... but the thoughts abt going into minstry keep coming in...so i wasnt very sure to commit to that altar call yet..thus i didnt go for it.. but this is something which i will continue to pray abt!

Monday... (CHRISTMAS EVE)
Went to charles place to make christmas gifts for our small grp and We mambo grp! Then headed to ethel's church "WORLD REVIVAL PRAYER FELLOWSHIP" for some christmas party in adjunid which was only next door to the SYFC head quarters the emmanuel hse! Had a really awesome time there meeting many new friends as well as seeing familiar faces like serene which i bump into randomly on the street for like 5 TIMES oready!Where 3 times in 4 days! First on friday at cathay, den sunday at dhoby xchange then monday after her church party bump into her again at cineleisure when i was with the "we mambo" grp! WAHH! HOW COINCIDENCE UNTIL LIKE THAT LOR! stalker! LOL!

Sorryy God's clay for pang sehing u guys for my camp grp SINAI!...well i guess for now my reason to spend time with my camp grp more was bcoz there were many young christians and a couple of new believers, thus i felt since im given the chance to be with them now, i believed its chances like this where i can minister to them and at least be accountable to them to some extend.Anyway had a nice time with them after service! Hang out at dhoby ghaut!
