Had a nice new hair cut with Ben Tan..den met up with charles for lunch and gym!
Really good work out! Followed by pool and den we joined the Bishan gang wanping,jolynn,wenhao and keith to play bridge and eat prata at Prata house in thomson!

Tuesday! (mini XT outing)
Woke up with body aching from the gym yesterday! Anyway today had a mini cross trainer outing! And this is something which i tried implementing after gladwin suggested that we can have small outings such as this... So called a few Xts to go for a run at lovely Macritchie!
So ran with vyan,wanping, and amanda a new XT joining us too. And we had a very nice time talking and even brain storming ideas for the YM camp pool games WHILE RUNNING the 5KM route. And somehow our brains were working even as we run! COOL RIGHT! Anyway it was a very nice slow jog! =)
After that had dinner with keith and jolynn joining us at this very nice food place SARPINO's Pizzaria just opposite keith's place. Found out that amanda's dad is a License architect and working for ONG & ONG Architects. Maybe next time can now get contact for internship there. heh. After dinner headed to keith place for BRIDGE!!!! looks like our usual Cross-trainer game! hahha!
(amanda and wanping were so lucky to find this locker which dun need any coin to use..must rmb to come back to locker no.12 next time again!)
