Usually i will be doing something special for my special posts! Like this 600 one! Butt... Since its FYP... not much time...so will just briefy share some of my taking home points from this Crusade Discovery Weekend.."Finding Our calling"
And one summary i can take back from this is OBEDIENCE..Am i Willing? There is a price to pay, there are major adjustments to be made, there are blessings in Obedience.
Some guided principles to discern God's will for our lives
A) God's guidance requires our internationality to seek God (thru the Word and Prayer)
B)God's guidance is known if we avoid certain pitfalls
Pitfall 1: Fleshy Desires
Pitfall 2: Reliance on human counsel rather than God
Pitfall 3: Impatience
Pitfall 4: Doubting God
C)God's guidance is clarified when we are aware of our godly desires (Psalms 37:4)
(I like this point as this is the verse which God has revealed to me in my seeking of His calling in my life and it was the exact verse that we were talking the night before with some of the RP guys)
D)God's guidance is clarified through godly counsel
E)God's guidance is clarified through providential circumstances
Questions to ask:
1) Do you trust that God's plans for you are good?
2) How much do you desire to see the will of God accomplished in your life?
3) Are you willing to pay the price to see God glorified?
In conclusion, Seeking God is a process, give our first fruits to God, which also means give our best years to God when we are young. =)

Saturday
Got home from retreat.... a short nap...headed to church with Jem for a 5pm service! And really enjoyed and felt for that message by pastor alvin, as it is a message close to my heart on evangelism and witnessing! And one thing i think i can really take back is the term "back-end of evangelism" ... have you wondered why many people out there may have first accepted Christ? than after that backslided? its easy to share but is its not easy to follow up? well i guess thats when actually the church comes into the picture when theres that loving community of Christian support to actually welcome this new converts around... anyway overall this message really made me pondered too that, its really true that church today don't really do much evangelism? But really going out there! Too reach out to the lost!
Anyways after that met some people at THE CATHAY to catch elliot and josh band "GROUNDED" at ben & Jerry!

Sunday
After church had 2 back to back meetings, XT retreat youth games planning and Sec1-3 Camp comm planning! After that did precept..... and found out after on my way home from ywca that my wallet was missing! So i trace back my steps to the pantry and the YWCA Rooms at lvl 8 but still cldnt find...did a short prayer..and called andrew and elliot! And wow found out that andrew had mistook it as i left it on the same table they were at, and not only that they actually left abt 3 hrs ago but somehowww they were only just abt to leave somewhere near church in a cab still! So i really THANK GOD again for that answered prayer even though its a small thing to him but it still mattered and well i got it back within 15mins!...
