Reflections of 2009!.....& New year resolutions of ...2010!!!.... (my 700 post!)

2009 certainly has been a year of a lot of transitions,changes and new places for me. It's a year also where God taught me many new insights where i have been written notes on facebook the past year! And the most memorable one yet was the year where i got my life calling from GOD!

YM REAL CAMP 2009 ..the first ever sec1-3 camp!
7 March: Crosstrainer's Initiation 2009

(our biggest crosstrainer initiation ever!)

The kelong boys 2!

(Our second spiritual retreat to a kelong with the guys from ym! spend our easter there!)

Started my involvement as a SPORTS INTERN in Wesley based @ The Third place! For a couple of months!... where i also helped coach the odac team in tchoukball ! And started my involvement in tchoukball more regularly!

(After 3 years! Graduated from TEMASEK DESIGN SCHOOL!!! in Interior Architecture & Design!)

(Joined the Paya Lebar Kovan Tchoukball team! ... and we got first runner up in my first tchoukball tournament!)

June
Started the Tchoukball ministry movement to wesley ym!
(As we introduced this growing sport in Singapore to the youths in wesley ym! Where we use fort canning as our home ground and the movement started from then till now!)

Wesley Family Church Camp in Melaka June 11-14 2009!
(My first Family church camp in ages!.. enjoyed my times spend with the youths there....JAIHO!)

Completed my book on
SHARING THE GOSPEL THROUGH SPORTS! (Edition 1)

Enlisted to BMTC school 2 Leopard company, platoon 2 section 2 on July13 2009 in Tekong!
(P.O.P 8 September! The platoon mates i graduated with from LEOPARD coy!)

New Year Resolution of 2009

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS 2009!
1. To grow CLOSER and MORE DEEPER and SPIRITUALLY with the Lord! (YESSS!)
2. To know and grow deeper in the WORD even more this year! (The precept inductive bible study sessions certainly has taught me a lot on the WORD!)
3. To reach out to at least 15 friends! (more to come in NS!) (I guess i can pretty much say i had many opportunities to share to at least 15 of my platoon mates & wing mates in bmtc & ocs)
4. To get a GPA of more than 3.0 (need that distinction for FYP!) (YESSS!!! ...got a GPA of 3.01!)
5. To lead my new batch of Sec 1s to be closer to the Lord!...(I guess i can say so, after hearing their testimonies at the recent ym camp 2009!)
6. To be that salt and light in NS! (yessss!)
7. To get to OCS! (yessssss!)
8. To see members in God's Clay,Crosstrainers,Tp campus Crusade, step up even more this year!( I guess i can say so to some extent!... with new batch of young crosstrainers stepping up!)
9. And to continue to live each day with the JOY OF THE LORD! =) (YESSSSS!)

Wells i guess i have more or less achieve my New year resolutions of 2009!!!

NOW my NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS of 2010!!!

1. To grow CLOSER and MORE DEEPER and SPIRITUALLY with the Lord!
2. To go into FAITH adventures with the Lord where i have never been before!
3.To reach out to at least 15 friends!
4. To COMMISSION as a SIGNAL OFFICER!!!!
5. To lead my sec 2 grp (G.E.L) to be closer to the Lord!..
6. To see the Tchoukball ministry in Wesley Ym grow!
7. To see my small grp God's Clay and Crosstrainers mature more in Christ!
8. To continue to live each day with the JOY OF THE LORD! =)
