Didn't really blog for the past couple of days bcoz was really busy with projects and assignments. First of all, been doing our a grp work with izzati,julian and atiqah for our assignment 1 project. We had to do a deep analysis of Zaha Hadid building, The Rosenthal Centre of Contemporary Arts. And yesterday, we spend almost the entire nite ever since the space form block to finish our model. Izzati and julian mainly did the model where atiqah and i did more of the analysis. We even met super early in skool today to do some final touch up before our presentation. In the end i tink we did a pretty good job!!!! Phew! Now i've just gotten my assignment 2 which is gonna be much more tougher! And looks like more models again! arghhhhhhhhh!
After then went for culture and expression class after that, and as usual we watch more videos, this time it was a video abt photographers in the vietnam war. They showed the extent this photographer go even at the risk of their life just to capture a good picture. Class ended a bit early for me today. So had a long time before Gap start, andrew, keith and vyan all had stuff on, but good thing nicole was free too. So met her first before heading to church for Gap. This time nicole lead worship, followed by sandy sharing a passage in the bible. And one of the main pray request Sandy and andrew brought up was, that we really need to pray for the leaders in YM, as normally they are the first to get spiritually attack, and also for the leaders to be united and catch the same vision. This is something which i believe are areas we really need to pray for as the camp draws near. Later as we broke into grps, the pray session was really good, i'm getting more comfortable praying openly especially since it was with vyan and keith,the "changemakers" pray buddies for Gap, we really cld open up a lot more, and the pray session was really pure and honest. This is something Ym Gap has helped me in my pray life, learning from my mistakes and trying to pray better day by day....during the pray session, i tried something, i really wanted God to speak to me or to show me something somehow, so i prayed first and i randomly open up my bible and pointed to something. It was Zephaniah Ch 3, The Future of Jerusalem. After Gap i when to ask chieh ming for some advice of what that passage really means, so he gave me abit of history abt the books around that time before explaining to me that passage, I learn some new stuff abt the bible which i believe could benefit me somehow. Well i dunno if i can infer from that passage properly but as i read thru it, it somehow struck me, maybe it actually meant something, i really dunno???... ok i actually better not anyhow say this. But thats just something i did just now. Well...after supper at carl junior, chieh ming was really eager to play bridge, just to see me lose...and yeaaaa.... i lost! Sighhh.... Anyway tmr will be one busy day! helping the x-trainers the entire afternoon to get some stuff done before camp and then need to meet up with nicole and Fong for the combined retreat nite games!
well, i heard this sunday YM SERVICE is gonna be really GOOD! Can't waittttttttt! =D
