Its been one exciting weekend man!!! After coming back abt midnite on friday after YM GAP... played this yahoo game called graffiti something like pictionary with matthias,wan ping and shumei till abt 4 am in the morning! And bcoz off this! I woke up really late for my campus crusade mission suport raising meeting! It started at 10 am but i woke up at like 1025 am!!! So had to rush of by cab all the way to GCTC in pasir panjang from my home which was really far! now my wallet is feeling the pain! I can't believe 2 alarms can't wake me up!
Later in the afternoon had a really good game of soccer at ACS barker with some Ymers and barker guys. Manage to score 3 goals! YEAAA! Vyan and i then rush down to charles place before meeting keith,elliot,joshua,wanping and shumei for this "LAN PARTY" which i reluctantly went, bcoz i'm not really a Lan person... but well... ended abt 11 plus to mid nite... and we were off to a loooooong journey at the streets around city hall to clark quay!!
We were all contemplating where to go for supper! With most food place close at this hour we had thoughts of going newton circus but den it will cost more money for keith if he need to take 2 cabs altogther. Sooo...we just walk and walk to no particular destination..until we ended up at the esplanade! We somehow manage to get inside the lock doors of the esplanade and we ended up at raffles place area... where there was this 24 hours MacDonald!!! YEAAA!!! FINALLY FOOOD! so had some games of bridge too!!! by the time we ended at abt 3 am! Keith,elliot and wan ping went off first! And it was left the 5 of us!!! We can't share a CAB!!! bcoz they dun allow 5 ppl! And it will be better if we share since we all going the same area!!!
Sooo we just walk and walk looking for cabs that allowed 5 ppl... and i have NEVER SEEN SOOO MANY CABS in my life! We ended up at Clark Quay Mrt station bus stop there... and we were hoping for a MAXI cab to arrive! Which was superrr rareeee! I prayed for one to come....and SUDDENLY!!! One passed us!!! WE WERE SUPER HAPPY!!! My prayer was immediately answered! BUT THEN.... the cab driver cldnt take us bcoz he was going somewhere elseeee! Sighhh... so we just waited and waited at the bus stop.... tried calling for a maxi cab...but none was near the area... although the entire night we saw like up to 4 across the road... but we cldnt reach it....sighhhh..but well! It was really INTERESTING sitting stranded at some bus stop in the middle of the nite, playing bridge. And we weren't rushing anyway so it was like we had all the time in the world... just slacking and watching the world go by... the nite life is really peaceful... and i was surprisingly wide awake the entire night... in the end abt 6 plus we got the first bus towards douby ghaut area before taking another to charles house to bath first before heading back to church again.
The entire sunday was one of the most sleepiest sundays ever for me! I was like a walking zombieee...except the worship part where i was awake again... but this sunday YM just didnt seemed the same... i thought it was only me feeling that, but others i talk with abt felt the same way... 930 service suddenly felt so small! And the fire seem to DIE off... i was really sad to see this... but maybe it cld be bcoz the main band was at the main church this time... and i heard it was really gd there. Well... i really hope its just this sunday... during adriel message... i was soo tired i cldnt help it but took a snoozeee and this is my first time in my life sleeping in his message!! I felt so bad lor..somemore i was in the front row... well small grp time we had some really interesting discussion where i was like stoning most of the time.... even during the grp prayer at the end...i was like sleeping oready! Thats how tired i wasss! and i guess vyan and charles was feeling that too. But oh well...had a gd time with my grp for lunch at this katong laksa place at douby x-change and then had a really gd game of BANG! at starbucks later!!! oh well.... finally had a good sleep at abt 1 am plus last night after playing that yahoo graffiti game again the entire nite! Its super addictive lor!
