Went to gym at wenhao's place..

Did a 30 laps swim at bishan!
Friday
Did a 10km run with wenhao at macritchie...
(almost dieddd at the halfway mark as we ran right after lunch and my food was like coming out!...so walk halfway at the 5km mark..and ran the last stretched!)
Saturday
Gym at Bishan with some ymers!
Sunday
CHURCH!... for the first time ever for me... P&P sermon really was veryyy different for a lot of us! As we had an invited guess speaker, Rev Lawrence Seow who was from an Assembly of God (AOG) church who was realllyyy one PASSIONATE & INTENSE speaker! haha! But bcoz of his very engaging style of preaching we sure cld rmb the 3 points he made about "THE COST OF HOLINESS" very easily! And im pretty amazed at how he so wanted to do live and not via CCTV..that he actually preached back to back both at the santuary and wesley hall on the same service! Which means 6 services in one day!
Monday!
The most BUSIEST DAY of them all so far!...
Woke up at 6am!... met up with pastor alvin at 730am in church then headed for a 8km run at singapore river and back to church again.... after abt an hour run!
Rested awhile...
den headed to outram sec for Tchouknall coaching at 9am... finished abt 1030...
Then headed to elliot hse... did some precept than lunch...
den headed back to his hse with isaac to swim!
After swim for abt an hr plus... rush down to penisular and i finally got my FIRST EVER LIKE PROPER "GOING OUT"SHOE!.... all my lifeeee i only have my running shoe and street soccer shoe! that i use monday to sundays! so yay! feel quite accomplished!...anyways right after buygin shoe.... we headed down to parkmall for dinner with the SSWG leaders...
and then Sunday service meeting all the way till abt 9plus -10pm! And phew!!!!!!!!! finallyyyy now im back homeeeeeeeeeee!!!! now can rest! =)
(my new shoe!!!! Thanks isaac and elliot for helping me choose! =P.... Managed to get a bargain for this very limited stock shoe! from 111 to 100 bucks! )
