Met up with wenhao for lunch first at J8 macs before we headed for our 10.5KM run around macritchie! Was a little unsure abt my stamina before this run bcoz havent did a long distance run for a few weeks oready. So did a very slow jog,so slow that i cld even talk,run and even replied some smses. HALFWAY at the watch tower we notice some army guys stationing at different points...and later towards the boardwalk suddenly one of them shouted HEY!!! at me..i was stunned and realized it was Yangshen! so coincidence lor! imagine bumping into someone u know OUT OF ALL PLACES but in the middle of a JUNGLE! Heard from him they were doing some exercise there.

the last lap down from SICC was a KILLER! It was abt 3.6km down the uneven hilly terrains. I rmb that its actually one looooooooooooong final lap from last yr x-trainer challenge...its like De Javu again..."recalling back to 9 August 2006...i remembered this was the part where i told Shashi that it was like abt 1km more when he ask me halfway....and me thinking the end was nearing..it actually turn out to be nearly abt 2.5km more." And as now i still made the same assumption like last yr how it looked like its going to end at every down slope i increase my pace quite abit. In fact many times I always thought i was reaching the end so i speed up alot...but as usual after every UPHILL again! my hopes diminish as the END SEEM FOREVER! this is those kind of terrains where u will NEVER KNOW HOW LONG MORE u need to run as it seems ENDLESS!SOOOO IRRITATING lor! But after 23 mins from the SICC... I SAW LIGHT! and it was THE REAL FINISHING LINE! OH YEA! and i finished in quite a slow time of 1hr 13mins and 30 seconds! But i wasn't really racing for time, wanted to just complete it slow and steadily and feel HAPPY from the accomplishment of this tough trail! And from the many endorphyns release...it sure did MAKE ME DANG HAPPY lor! =) =D =) =P =) x10000000000000000000000

After that we headed back to J8 for a nicee large MOS BURGER ICE MILK TEA! WHAHHA! =D
And somehow ended up gaving wenhao a mini preaching session abt serving in crusade ministry!I guess i might have gotten this SUDDEN wisdom and inspiration from all those christian books i've been reading and the many conferences i have been recently!
After that bump into my st gabs mates Shahreel and Justin Kwan who were at coffeebean studying for their upcoming A's. So decided to join them, but instead of disturbing them,decided to read the billy graham book. BUT somehow... we ended up talking alot! After awhile we headed for dinner at the kopitiam upstairs and headed back to the coffee bean again supposedly to continue studying for them but we end up continuing our conversations! I really had a good nice time catching up with this guys man!talking abt old times in stgabs and a bit of my FAVOURTIE SCH CJC! whahha! (SHAHREEL see i write your name BIG BIG here!WHAHHA!!! Lets do some adventure race next yr!!) Feeling HIGH AND HYPER now!!!!!!!
