Crosstrainer Challenge 2008 at Southern Ridge and Steph Farewell to the States!
Saturday!
5.30am! WOKE UP! on a National day!
We had one successful 8km run at southern ridge for the fund we raise for bethany methodist nursing home! According to pastor alvin it was about 7.5km from this device he had to calculate the distance, anyway a pretty decent timing...finished in abt 45mins!
