TRANSFORMERS ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!Today..decided to gym with darren at around 12 plus before meeting keith and shawn at the very last minute. Its like speed gymming today!completed all the sets in like an hr! Its like one of the fastest time for me in a gym... After that met up with keith and shawn...and its quite cool,when ppl around see us...I notice that eveywhere we went ppl were like staring at us....bcoz i was so happen to wear my CJC PE shirt,then with keith wearing his SAJC uniform and Shawn wearing his ACJC uniform! Its like all the mission sch JCs together! how often u see this 3 Mission sch JCs together!....Ate at carl junior with that really WORTH IT 2 dollars discount coupon which i can print unlimited copies!!! Its like always meeting Ymers at this carl junior..first saw timon from the wesley ym soccer team...den later SOMEBODY WHACKED MY BACK while i was eating my burger!!!! REALLY SHOCKED LOR!!! to see nicole and glenda who was behind me! STALKER!LOL!... anyway after that nice lunch...rush of to cathay to WATCH THE HYPE MOVIE TRANSFORMERS!!!!!!! And it really was THAT GOOD!!! Its like the COOLEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR!!! With its NON STOP ACTION JAM PACKED!!! and TOTAL AWESOMEEEEE GRAPHICS!!! Its one movie you cannot miss!!!!! Worth the 7 bucks!!!Give it 4.5/5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT AN AWESOME DG!!!! (I like always say this!..but every DG is always soooo different lor!!!)(READ TO FIND OUT WHY!!!!)
Today did some mad rushing to school! AND first i was SUPER EARLY!!! until i realise i forgot to take my mock up model,my design floorplans and my library book which i need to return!! SOOO i took a bus back from potong pasir..rush like crazy across roads! and collect the stuff.....den take a bus back again!!! Grhhhhhhhhh! IT WAS SO HOT LOR! did some major rushing to the next bus stop to take bus 23..and PHEW!!! Got to class in time!REACHED sch on 12 noon on the dot! had consultation abt my floor plans..den russell,nazri and me rush to Tampines Mall to catch TRANSFORMERS! BUT TM was SUPER DUPER CROWED lor!!! The cinema was PACKED!..dang..so rush to Century Square....and all the timings in the afternoon were BOOKED TOO! arghhh! left the 6.05 pm show but i cldnt watch as i had DG...so my 2 friends book it instead and we walk back to TM again! We had like 2 hrs plus to kill lor! so walk aimlessly in TM! SALE SALE SALE EVEYWHERE!... and slacked at LONG JOHN for the rest of the time..as i did my floorplans there! After that....met up with the DG guys for dinner before heading to glenn's place. And this time we had a SPECIAL guest! Glenn's Discipleship leader Daniel was invited to give us a sharing on Dependence on the HOLY SPIRIT! And Daniel is really one gifted leader! He really knows his bible well, and I really learnt alot from his teaching. One of the main thing we learn today is...the HOLY SPIRIT although it's like the less talk abt of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the one that actually prompts us and convict us. To summarise..the Holy Spirit is like our BEST FRIEND! Always telling us what to do and guiding us..etc...And the interesting is..... only slightly more than a week ago at my YM leaders retreat..one of the main topics was abt the Holy Spirit too! Its like suddenly everyone is talking abt it...and even i'm really curious and want to find out more abt the Holy Spirit. So today's sharing really did speak to me.. and why i said it was so interesting bcoz...its like a preaching session in DG with just 5 ppl in glenn's room! JL,bo chun,glenn,daniel and me! And we had ministry time and an altar call too...its the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE i experience such a thing in just a normal small grp meeting or discipleship meeting.... I always thought this kind of altar calls happened in camps or special services! BUT with just a guitar alone in a small room! we had ministry time! And as i like totally agreed with Daniel's preaching on the Holy Spirit, as i myself has Experience God so personally in my close walk with him this past 2 yrs. So i can really vouched and BELIEVED how trueee this HOLY SPIRIT is! So he prayed for us during this ministry time. I thought to myself..that ever since i got the gift of tongues last yr..and as i grew with the Lord more and more each day...i actually one want to experience more of God's gifts... i dunno if its like self fish to want more and more...but its like i still want to experience God at a whole new level! But i want this gifts not for myself actually, but so i can use it to edify others. Like i always wondered how izzit like to have the gift of Prohesy,Interpretation of Tongues and Discernment...and use it to encourage or edify others. And well...i was actually prayed for this like TWICE in the past 8-9 days only...at the last ym leaders retreat and only just now! So its like way to coincidence to happen twice in like just slighly more than a week. Well, i guess i will still wait and have Faith! to see if i really get this spiritual gifts one day. And Daniel did this exercise with us after the ministry time... this time he thought us practical ways on how we cld minister to others. And this is something i really want to learn. As i somehow did abit of this at the last YM CAMP last yr, when i was trained as an altar call minister support. But i still didnt have much Faith to do such things. But we had this practical session, when we took turns to pray for Daniel...To be honest i was a little tense...but somehow i still manage to have some Faith to pray for him,and really tried to depend on the Holy Spirit guidance! And it was quite an interesting experience as i did tat... as later Daniel also shared abt how i did it and how i can improve on it. So it was a very good learning session. I can like go on and on..as so much things happen just now..but well we are really bless to have Glenn sharing all this with us today. Really learn alot...and DANIEL is really one PRO-MULTI TALENTED MUSICIAN man!...when glenn said how good he was...he really did mean it! After much persuading..Daniel showed off his guitar skills!I have seen many good guitarist before..BUT DANIEL is really LIKE THE PRO PRO PRO!!! He like on the spot created some remix and new versions for songs such as THIS IS HOW WE OVERCOME, and it like he played percussion sounds part to...with just a guitar alone! So he can like play both at once on a guitar! He cld also play the drum,keyboard,bass and almost all the other instruments in a band! THATS HOW MULTI TALENTED he is!!!! What an awesome day!!!!!!!!!!! TMR FINALLY GOING TO WATCH TRANSFORMERS! this time with keith and shawn(the strange thing was..i didnt ask them abt me wanting to watch transformers..but when i was looking for ppl to watch with...keith suddenly ask if i wanted to watch!HOW COINCIDENCE IS THAT). Sorry darren i cant gym with u tmr...but i really wanna catch this movie first!!!
WESLEY YM 0-0 FAITH METHODISTJust came back from a very hard fought game at the EXPENSIVE $250 ACJC field!well...think this is the best game i ever played for wesley ym! I guess maybe bcoz i gotten back my fitness and been playing quite abit of soccer recently. This is like the FIRST OFFICIAL match that i organise with another church!And with a very much yonger team this time..as our oldies were retired..like our star midfield, Shashi retired, our star Defender,Joerg retired, And our star striker ben yap injured! Josh Lim sick..so its left with chieh ming and dom as the adult leaders. We were so afraid of our defence at first.bcoz our entire squad were the attacking kind..and our star defender joerg has gone overseas. So we tried our star striker nigel as centre back! And he sure did command the defence well! With our Malay goalkeeper shafiq saving a penalty too!!!!woohooo!....and my team mates said i manage to control the game well with good passes and tricks too. Dunno abt the tricks part...but oh well...its nice to hear that! heh!AND i a Faith player accidently STAMP MY FOOT WITH HIS STUDS!!! OUCHHHHHH!..Anyway overall wesley ym had the most chances...but we just cldnt convert them...well aggregate after the past 3 games against Faith methodist... Wesley Ym 12-4 Faith Methodish church.....This funny thing happen after the match... josiah and me went to the toilet to wait for chieh ming who went to bath..so we just wash our hands, and chatted there...and i was wondering..wahh..ACJC toilets so clean one arh! And after 20 mins...we realise chieh ming wasnt in the cubicle...so we went out to see that he was actually in the other toilet instead! AND WE WERE IN THE FEMALE TOILET!!!!!!!!! ARGHhhhhhhhhhhhhh! So embarassing! GOOD THING got no oneee there! phew!!! And its like we were 20 mins in a FEMALE TOIET!!!!!!!oh well...better get back to my IAD project now! OH GOSH! GOT SCHOOL TMR! and everyone is havent YOUTH DAY!dang!
SCHOOL!!!GYM!!!RUN!!!REALLY AWESOMEEE YM GAP!!! Todays public speaking class was quite enjoyable!We learn abt articulating our words well with the right phonic when we speak. Did some practical vocal lesson too. And did this really FUNNY Tongue Twister Exercise!!!I'm sooo loving this class!!!=)After that rush to bishan to meet shahreel and darren to gym!!!..and at the rate we are going gym like twice a week.I guess soon enuff will see the results!=P.... and right after that had an impromptu meeting with Sen. Met him at the opposite ywca carpark as he called me up only this afternoon, to ask if i can help him organise the X-TRAINER CHALLENGE on 9 Aug at the Singapore River. I agreed to help him in this, as he said he will show me the ropes in organising this kind of events. So i guess its good to commit to this.. Anyway we walk all the way to the Singapore river and started having a nice loooooong chat thru out the run! he said it was abt 6-7 Km run... but felt it was more of a 5.5 Km run instead as I didnt struggle at all(hope it was at least a 10km run though), anyway we like LITERALLY had a really nice conversation THRU OUT THE ENTIRE RUN lor! and i was pacing to Sen's pace...who was feeling the tireness at the later stage..but i guess i got back my fitness! REALLY ENJOYED THIS RUN without much sweat! We did the run in 38mins 43 secs. Thats pretty alright for a really extremely slow pace! After that walk back to Park mall , he treated me to a drink at DOME as we continued our chat. Kinda fearful abt organising this event, but i guess i sld take that step of faith and give it a try. Anyway today was like one of the first time i had a very nice long chat with Sen. I guess he needs to show me the ropes now before he leaves x-trainers next yr..and somebody got to step up to head the X-trainers! dieeeee....who will it beeeee?Right after that..had dinner at QQ noodle with gladwin,josh,kevin&his GF allision....den rush of for YM GAP!!! Todays Gap was really awesomeeeeee! Josh did an impromptu worship session..and good thing i had some chords to lend him. Anyway i think today was one of the best sharing session in GAP... i felt really encourage by gladwin and sandy as they shared abt how Alex and his late wife joanne really were TRUE TESTIMONY of GOD. They really relied on God's strength during this tough period for them..AND somemore to hear that Alex cld even bring himself to LEAD worship at his wife wake was really something! Well after praying for Alex's wife Joanne at every Friday Gap. Her pain is now gone...and she is with our Lord!When we broke into grps to pray... prayed wih andrew and jedrik....we did a quick sharing due to lack of time and we just pray whatever that comes into our mind...when i prayed all the words just flowed and flowed out of my mouth... I know i cldnt do that on my own human strength but i know it was the Holy Spirit really guiding me. Never prayed ths fervently for a long time!oh and i want to SAY A BIG THANKS to Laura from my small grp...I was really ENCOURAGE and SUPRISED by ur email just now,responding to my blog, 28 june post which is also the last post. "For He knows the plans He has for you,plans to prosper you, to give you a hope and a future. These are trying times,but remember who's in control." if anyone is wondering who is in control...ITS OUR ALMIGHTY GOD!
ENJOYING PUBLIC SPEAKING CLASS!!..CHARLES BACK for a day!...KRISPY KREME DONUTS!!!!!!Today went sch pretty early to print my precedent study! HAD TO WAKE UP AT 7AM LOR!...Rush to public speaking class after that..was a little late! I'm really enjoying this class...My lecturer wld rmb us by what we intro ourself on the first day...and now i'm always known as SMILEY BANANA to her!Anyway did this impromptu presentation on SLEEP! and i had lots toooo say! BCOZ SLEEP IS SOMETHING I DREAM FOR!!!! And somehow manage to get my audience to laugh during my speech, didnt plan the humour part..but that was a PLUS point! Humour is a good key to a good speech!!Manage to be voted the second best speaker today!Yipeeee! ...from goood day.... to a little bad......my IAD project 2 lecturer was quite hard on me during the review of my last model from last mth...we were given our results..and i had a C+....felt quite discourage after the review as i really put in a lot of hardwork during the last block.But i kinda understand my lecturer view..his much more experience in this...so i accept his critique. But it just make me think....is interior design really my future? My original plan was to actually take product design which i actually preferred more during my sec 4 days...but now...really dunno..been talking to some of my PID friends asking them abt their course,and maybe...just maybe..i might change to product design in university....oh well...for now...I guesss i will try to prove my lecturer wrong..and work much much harder for my second phrase of my Proj2! And since the second phrase is 60%...WILL GO ALL OUT TO BOUNCE BACK! That will be my motivation now! kinda bring back memories during my sec 4 days, ironically during this same period!when I bounce back from my bad tests results in the first week!....But got to say i won't be so optimistic abt this if not for my ALMIGHTY GOD!I KNOW there's definitely a purpose for everything that happens...and i know he has a wonderful plan for my future..so will just continue to trust my life to God and let him be in control as i saw his FAITHFULNESS and REALNESS to me before!!! And i will still do my very best to work hard in where ever i am place in now...anyway cancelled my gym plans with ifan and darren today..so i cld meet vyan and CHARLES who is finally back in singapore for today!..but he needed to fly of to Turkey on the very same day just a few hrs ago!so sad lor!....if only he was in singapore longer...seee CHARLES if ur reading this entry! Ur name is like on my HEADING LOR! not many ppl get their names up there! BACK TO SCHOOL!!! NEW BLOCK!!!!! WORK AGAIN!!!.AUSTRALIAN STARS!!FANTASTIC 4!!MondayBack to school! My FIRST NEW MODULE!!! PUBLIC SPEAKING!!!....first day of class started quite interestingly....the lecturer thought we were ALL THE FRESH YEAR 1 CLASS!!! and when she mentioned it to the class ,we were like all giggling and said we were yr 2 and yr3...infact the majority of the class were yr 3s! Very few yr2s...and SHE DIDNT believed us! So when she said we must be all 16 yrs olds! We just played along after that,its good to be SWEET 16 again.heh....at first i thought she was joking BUT! she seriously thought we were the new batch of freshies bcoz the particulars she got abt us said.."FIRST ATTEMPT"...which was true..bcoz its the first time we are taking this subject..but she thought we were the freshies..so she had like a 10min intro talk asking abt our "recent" O'levels,the new block teaching,hows the new poly life different from sec sch..etc....DANG FUNNY LOR!She took like 30mins later to realise we were seriously telling the truth at first when we were during our intro...... anyway for our first lesson...we had this part abt self introduction speech....and we had to either relate ourself to a fruit/animal or talk abt our hobby....immediately i thought of BANANA to describe me! And bcoz i have been always explaining to ppl why i'm callled SMILEY BANANA on my msn nick so many times..that self intro speech was a PIECE OF CAKE! Think i might score well in this module! JUST NEED TO TALK YOUR WAY THRU!After that had our second phrase of our IAD Project 2...suppose to do a precedent study on my alfresco dining for my FAR EAST PLAZA transistional space....TuesdayI LITERALLY BORROWED up to 10 LIBRARY BOOKS TODAY LOR! Bcoz had to find a good place for my precedent study...And after my lecturer rejected all my earlier suggestions...FINALLY found a good boook to find my place! Phew! i went in and out and kept borrowing and returning my library books in just ONE DAY!.... after that...met darren for gyming in bishan...AND WE SAW THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL SOCCER TEAM TRAINING at the stadium! WITH EPL STARS LIKE KEWELL,VIDUKA,CAHILL,EMERTON all there! We were like really in AWE when we saw their training session...THEY WERE REALLY DANG GOOOD! Their build,pace and ball skills were all there! ....and my stgabs team mate HARISS HARUN is gonna PLAY AGAINST THEM this saturday for SINGAPORE! DANG LUCKY LOR! he like singapore superstar now and his only 16! ...oh well....during gyming half way... a couple of the aussie players gym along side us too! THEY WERE HUGE!!!! after that Ifan called us...so met him for dinner and we impromptu kena drag to watch FANTASTIC 4 with him and darren... BUT I ACTUALLY ENJOYED THE MOVIE despite others saying it wasnt a good show! SILVER SURFER IS SOOOOOOO COOL! give the movie a rating of 3.5/5 stars! pretty worth the bucks! I can't believe like blogging now! BCOZ I'M RUSHING MY PRECEDENT STUDY and its like 3am now! AND.... Tmr i'm Emceeing the SPECIAL campus crusade LM!!! Stressssss! really hope it will be a fruitful time of bonding with the freshies!!!.jpg)

An AWESOMEEEE Wesley YM A/YSGL Retreat! (23-24 june at NACLI)
I just loveeeeee retreats!This are times that really bond grps and ministries together. I was soooo looking forward to this year leaders retreat bcoz had one life changing memorable retreat last yr!And this time its just as great! Well just walking into NACLI on that saturday morning really reminded me of the great time at last year combined retreat!!!Anyway I was like the youngest leader there at age 18 .. and ironically,my ysgl Englee was like the oldest there at age 37....TWICE my age! Worship was really AWESOMEEE!Especially in the presence of so many passionate christian leaders in one room,just looking around,nearly everyone or possibly all hands in that room was lifted up and immersed in worshipping our ALMIGHTY GOD!!! it was a really wonderful sight!The night service was pretty interesting... it was abt "Moving in the Spirit" by Adriel...And he talk abt the basic principles of spirituality which i so totally agree with him bcoz it was so true as it led to me experiencing God first hand at the ym camp 05 and many times after that after...The 4 steps to experiencing God!-FAITH in the cross of christ-SURRENDER to the lLordship of christ-INTIMACY with the Person of Christ-MINISTRY to the Body of Christ
When the basic principles of sprituality LINE UP - the Holy Spirit will manifest His presence and power.After that there was an altar call,it was something abt letting the Holy Spirit work its power on you. I decided to go for the altar call after a while of contemplation bcoz i always wanted to experience God more and more and let the Holy Spirit work in me. Our guest speaker Kathlyn from the prayer ministry from the main wesley methodist church and her pray team came to pray for us with the other Ym leaders during the altar call. And when i was being prayed for...i really felt the Holy Spirit so closeeeeeee to me!My whole body was trembling uncontrollably and the same emotion i felt at ym camps all came in...like i was crying,but i duno if there were tears. And i'm those kind of person...that dun cry..i NEVER cry in movies in my life..but only the Holy Spirit cld touch my heart..it was a really warm feeling..during this whole time i was telling myself i'm not going to fall this time,i notice on a leader on my left got Slain...and my legs was trembling so much...but i just kept resisting to stay on. But it was really a good ministry time...and i felt God's Presence so strongely!After that kathlyn took over the session,shared her testimony and later did this interesting exercise to Hear the voice of God. During the time of silence she gave us, i was really in such a relax state and trying to hear the voice of God or see visions. She later told us to write or draw whatever was impress on us. But to be honest...i didnt hear or see anything...thoughts did came into my mind i tink..but cant rmb wad..it was like i really want God to guide me in steps in my life.....den we broke into grps of 3-4..and we were suppose to share and pray and try to have impressions of each other impressions. I that i didnt really get anything during the time of silence..but my of Darren,Ernest and Reynard prayed and later shared what they all saw for me...(seee sketch below of what they told me).........After this really interesting exercise... Almost 3/4 of the 40 plus leaders headed in 4-6 cars or van to a nearby prata shop for supper! It was like a mini YM at the prata shop lor! Oh gosh...i really ateeeeeee alot in this retreat! the food was pretty good!ALL U CAN EAT BUFFET!which i heard cost abt $3 a person!ThatsCHEAP! After supper, a bunch of us were hanging out at the learning lounge playing all kind of gamesss!!! It was a really fun time with the other leaders! There were ppl playing munckin foo,this game called rummy i tink and POKER!!!!!!!We all played till abt 2 plus into the morning!The next day joyce talk abt leaders of true character..after that broke into grps ..mine was of guys of under the age of 24 and we had this very INTERESTING Discussion with Adriel abt certain issues that cld be implemented in YM in the future...after that ate lunch and went our separate ways!This retreat really got me to know more of the ym leaders better,especially Reynard where we talk quite abit after finding out he was from campus crusade too,also got to know Ernest,darren,david,zhou hao a little more from the conversations we had over lunch or dinner. Although i was like listening most of the time instead of talking..bcoz everyone was talkin abt ARMY! or POLICE! ...and sometimes i feel its harder for me to strike conversations with the older ppl...Well.. BUT IT FEELS GOOD TO BE YOUNGEST still though!heh!

(This was what i sketch out from the 3 impression i got from Reynard,Darren and Ernest after they prayed for me.the top left Reynard told me he saw me ploughing in the field, Den darren said a similar thing,he said he saw a field then a road like those gravel path...and me walking up and down this path..and Ernest saw me on top of a building overlooking.... i tried to interpret them and i shared what i thought it cld possibly mean...first i guess the ploughing in the field cld mean how i was like working in so many ministries in crusade,church and with my sch major project 2 now at the same time...and how i may have been like going up and down not really having any real direction yet and i have a fear of over committing to so many ministries now...and the one abt me overlooking on top of the building..cld mean...mhmmm... being head of x-trainers in the future?oh gosh! i dunno...better not anyhow say...bcoz only just recently and on that day..isaac was telling me abt me heading X-trainers in the future after Sen stepping down next yr,and for quite long oready i know Isaac and me were like the ones suppose to head X-trainers in the future..but it seems sooo soon rite now! I like join X-trainers onli last yr? so theres all this doubts still...although i always thought Isaac will make a better head for x-trainers.oh well...i will keep this in pray still....)

(POKER!!!!! Played with Chieh ming,Zhou hao,David,Isaac,Darren and Ernest(the police)joining us later...heh...IT WAS SOOO FUN! Although we just use chips!It seem like the real thing! There was this once...Chieh ming ,isaac and me were so confident of out playing each other that we nearly put all our chips in! I had a full house! so though i wld win! Until..We revealed our cards and CHIEH MING HAD 4 of a kind!!!! HOW RARE IS THAT! So he beat us both who had full hse too!!! Isaac was bankrupt soon after ....and me almost broke.... but got all my chips back soon after.....but that chieh ming was like the gambling pro lor! he once had a straight flash!!!!....and he kept winning us all with this snicky smile!!!!Such an addictive gameeee!)
SUKI SUSHI with my coursemates!!!... YM GAP!!!!Todays the LAST WEEK DAY Of my well rested holiday!!!And it ended of with a last outing with some of my closer friends from my IAD course. Rarely actually had this chance to bond with my coursemates..infact i think this is like only our second outing. Well the guys who went were azmi,gifford,weng yuin,jin he and kenneth...we decided to eat this ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET at SUKI SUSHI at Cineleisure. Its my first time eating this kind of sushi buffet actually!And i was sooo hungry lor,bcoz it was like 3 plus oready and i havent ate lunch...so immediatey grabbed almost every plate i saw.heh! Anyway we had a good FULL lunch/dinner! Ate like salmons,tuna,prawns,crab,unagi,steam egg,and dunno all kind of weird raw seafood. First time actually eating raw food..dun really like raw food actually.... but well...was HUNGRY!and we paid 20 bucks for it!..after that hang around at HMV and rush of to church for GAP!Nicole and Jolyn lead gap worship today!And to be honest i was actually quite surprise they will do that well,especially since jolyn first time leading gap worship...oh well..anyway TMR or rather LATER is the YM leaders Retreat!!!!!! can't wait! Had a very memoriable life changing one last year at the Singapore Sports school! =).jpg)

GYM!!!...Another Enjoyable Biblestudy!!!!Today got up really late..abt 11.!..was planning to wake up at 9 plus..but somehow my wake up call forgot to call me..sooo i just snooze my alarm for nearly 2 hrs!... and realise i was LATE! suppose to meet shahreel and darren at bishan gym at 12! In the end...manage to rush out of the hse and was a little late onli..bcoz eveyone was late too!phew! I think im getting use to the muscle aches oready..havent really have a day where i dun have to do any physical activities in quite a long while. After that went home after lunch...and i knock out on my sofa!Was dead tired! woke up in time for dinner and did some last preparation for BibleStudy.. and head to YWCA lvl 2...while waiting at the sofa at the lvl2....i cld hear this really loud and very very very charismatic christian service going on in the ballroom.And just seating there waiting for the rest of my grp members to come..i really cld sense the power of God coming from that ballroom. It was a very strong presense..and it kinda reminded me of the YM camp06 where we had our nite service at the ballroom in YWCA too. They seem to be having like some long ministry time and the worship leader somehow sounded like DON MOEN Lor!..anyway soon enuff..josh,serena and samuel came.This time only the J1s and Yr1s cld come.... we den decided to have an impromptu worship session first, bcoz justin the original person to lead worship cldnt come. And i actually enjoyed worship today although it was just purely vocals and did it quite impromptu. Anyway just before they came...i prayed that God will really speak thru me and guide me as i lead the session on 1 thessalonians ch 4. AND INDEED GOD WAS with me!Everything when smoothly and as usual the discussion and sharing was SOOO GOOOD!I really glad to see the 2 new christians samuel and serena being so on fire for God to want to learn more.And i'm really glad that God put me here to lead this guys!
SENTOSA OUTING WITH TP CRUSADERS!!! Went sentosa AGAIN!...its like the 2nd time in 2 weeks and 3rd time in 2 mths. and i think i can't be burn anymore...kinda like abit of burn though,so can get tanner! Well...todays response for this Tp crusade outing was quite good! Most of the yr 2s and some of the yr 3s came,with Jess's church friends and the ONLY FRESHIE THAT CAME! My disciple aka my younger bro, JEM...Well really glad u came!!! And as usual dunno why always bumping into so many familiar face at sentosa! First BUMP INTO SONG YANG when entered sentosa!!!was wondering who was that calling benlau at first!...den..strangely saw quite a number of Tp ppl,its like SENTOSA is Tp students favourite hangout place..especially this grp of tp design students which i know.Anyway it was a pretty fun outing! Played ALOT ALOT OF volleyball, a shortgame of captain ball...abit of soccer,but i cldnt play much..bcoz i think i busted my right toe even more now!I guess better abstain for soccer for awhile...sighh!...den played a BANG!game...swim and played in the sea for awhile...den played CAPTURE THE FLAG!which was REALLY TIRING!...more volleyball and ended of with a nice game of ultimate frisbee!!!....BUT I GOTTA SAY THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY FOR ME WAS actually the conversation we had over dinner..with glenn,wenhao,joelle,mich and amber at our side of the table. the other side was playin BANG!..but i WLD SO MUCH MUCH prefer to have the conversation we had...the whole conversation was mainly abt christian doctrines,God,Jesus,the Holy spirit and hearing glenn story..and den we started talking abt the naughty times we had in primary sch and sec sch days!It was really a very very interesting and fun discussion and sharing!REALLY REALLY FIND THAT THE MOST WORTHWHILE FELLOWSHIP EVER POSSIBLE! Not only we have fun but its something new everyday we take back from this christian dialogues with one another!!!We talk so looooooong till the food court at harbourfront mall LITERALLY CLOSE LOR! REALLY HOPE WE CAN HAVE MORE OF THIS CONVERSATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)Alrighty!!! pretty shagged from that loooooooong day again!And back to my fitness mood again at bishan gym with darren and shahreel tmr!
5 KM RUN!!!!!!!!!(yay my fitness has improved!)Today continueeed my fitness crazy holiday...but first when to wenhao's place for lunch first...woah..spagettis for lunch was really good!I can say one of THE BEST!!!!haha!After that watch the movie jackass 2!!! I GOT TO SAY!!! ITS SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE MOST HILARIOUS MOVIESSS I EVER WATCH IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! I cldnt stop laughing! BUT At the SAMETIME..ITS THE MOST DISGUSTING SHOW EVER!I can't believe this guys DARE TO DO SUCH THINGS!!!goshhh! definitely give it 5/5 stars!they do sure earn that 5 stars!After that we went macritchie... and did the same 5km route we ran 2 weeks ago. And although have been working out for the past 4-5 days straight... and felt tired with some aches...but my stamina and fitness has improved greatly! From my first horrible timing of 27min30secs 2 weeks ago... to now INCREASING by 1mins 20 secs... at a decent timing of 26min 08 secs!!! what a great improvement!But still quite far from my past record of 24min timing last yr...oh well..hopefully soon enuff i will gain back that same fitness again! YEAAA!and as usual...i always like bump into different ppl everday when i go out..today bump into my stgabs classmates who is in cjc now,victor and shahreel who was in the same 156 bus on the way back to J8 from macritchie..really fun catching up with them in that short time.Oh well....TMR SENTOSA OUTING with the TP CRUSADERS!!!!
3 HRS OF NONSTOP SOCCER AT THE CAGE!!!...GYM!!...POOL!!!..BANG!!.....TIREDD!!!!FIRST OF ALL!!....REALLY SURPRISE BY THAT HUGE RESPONSE ON MY TAGBOARD abt my recent post...AND WHATS WITH THAT BREAD FAN STORY SPREADING!arghhhhhHHH!like all my readers know now, eventhough i didnt mention it!!!SEE LA Jolyn and Glenda!!!TSK TSK TSK!Ok now back to today!WORK UP SUPER EARLY like 630am!!!First time this early in a looooooong time...not counting the time when i received a call at 6am!!!LOL! ..well had to wake up this early..bcoz needed to go all the way to KALLANG! As we booked THE CAGE for 3 hrs!!! YAY!!!Quite alot of the older YM leaders were there,even pastor alvin!...and STRANGELY! i notice there were SOOOOOOOO MANY LIVERPOOL FANS! Like 3/4 of them were pool fans lor! Eeeeeekkssssss!12 ppl came....so we had 3 teams of 4...the VETERAN team(Joerge,pastor alvin,joshua and this malay guy)... The Youngmixedteam(darren,timon,josiah and dom)....and mine...was with 3 pool fans! and me the only man utd fan! sighh... team up with BEN tan,Stan and Chieh ming!Thought we were a pretty good team!Won our first 3 matches in a row!until we lost stamina after awhile...and i think my form is getting back!...been scoring alot of goals recently!first yesterday soccer scored abt 3-4 goals...and today i tink nearly 5-7 goals!but my right toee was like kinda sprain and busted and struggled for the last hr!sighhh...After that had lunch,with the YM leaders,chiehming,joerg and Dom...the conversation was quite interesting...mainly abt YM,this time got perspectives of YM from the older leaders...we also talk abt who cld be stepping up in xtrainers in the future, like right now..i tink Xtrainers are in quite a bad shape at the top...with shashi stepping down,joerg leaving overseas..and Sen most likely stepping down soon... and other adult leaders...like stepping out soon..ITS LIKE LEFT THE YOUNGER LEADERS...ISAAC,STACY or ME to step up and take overxtrainersBut to be honest i really dunno if i'm ready yet..due to the many commitments i have right now,and the more bigger responsibilty in my small grp now...but at the same time...i really fear the future of x-trainers...WITHOUT sen or shashi!Its like NO x-trainers!THats how much we depend on them...but that isnt good..YM right now really NEEDS YOUTHS to step up!!!Anyway after lunch...rush to bishan..to gym at wenhao's place. REALLY SLACKED ALOT LOR! I tink i was in the gym with him for 3-4 hrs! Bcoz too tired from the soccer!so rested quite a bit in between sets..and TALK ALOTTTTTTTT!but really enjoy those gym sessions with him...its more freee&easy and personal...after that met the crusaders nicholas,JL,glenn and jess for dinner...but right before that we bump into vyan at cathay!was really a pleasant surprise!Oh well....I'M like on A FITNESS CRAZY MOOD NOW! been working from saturday till like tmr...saturday-GYM&Sepak tekraw,Sunday-SOCCER!,Monday-SOCCER!,GYM!...Tuesday(tmr)-5KM RUN AT MACRITCHIE!!! NO REST LOR! BUT NO PAIN NO GAIN!WHAHAHH!Loveee thoseeeee muscle achessss! =P.jpg)
