SCHOOL!!!GYM!!!RUN!!!REALLY AWESOMEEE YM GAP!!! Todays public speaking class was quite enjoyable!We learn abt articulating our words well with the right phonic when we speak. Did some practical vocal lesson too. And did this really FUNNY Tongue Twister Exercise!!!I'm sooo loving this class!!!=)
After that rush to bishan to meet shahreel and darren to gym!!!..and at the rate we are going gym like twice a week.I guess soon enuff will see the results!=P.... and right after that had an impromptu meeting with Sen. Met him at the opposite ywca carpark as he called me up only this afternoon, to ask if i can help him organise the X-TRAINER CHALLENGE on 9 Aug at the Singapore River. I agreed to help him in this, as he said he will show me the ropes in organising this kind of events. So i guess its good to commit to this.. Anyway we walk all the way to the Singapore river and started having a nice loooooong chat thru out the run! he said it was abt 6-7 Km run... but felt it was more of a 5.5 Km run instead as I didnt struggle at all(hope it was at least a 10km run though), anyway we like LITERALLY had a really nice conversation THRU OUT THE ENTIRE RUN lor! and i was pacing to Sen's pace...who was feeling the tireness at the later stage..but i guess i got back my fitness! REALLY ENJOYED THIS RUN without much sweat! We did the run in 38mins 43 secs. Thats pretty alright for a really extremely slow pace! After that walk back to Park mall , he treated me to a drink at DOME as we continued our chat. Kinda fearful abt organising this event, but i guess i sld take that step of faith and give it a try. Anyway today was like one of the first time i had a very nice long chat with Sen. I guess he needs to show me the ropes now before he leaves x-trainers next yr..and somebody got to step up to head the X-trainers! dieeeee....who will it beeeee?
Right after that..had dinner at QQ noodle with gladwin,josh,kevin&his GF allision....den rush of for YM GAP!!! Todays Gap was really awesomeeeeee! Josh did an impromptu worship session..and good thing i had some chords to lend him. Anyway i think today was one of the best sharing session in GAP... i felt really encourage by gladwin and sandy as they shared abt how Alex and his late wife joanne really were TRUE TESTIMONY of GOD. They really relied on God's strength during this tough period for them..AND somemore to hear that Alex cld even bring himself to LEAD worship at his wife wake was really something! Well after praying for Alex's wife Joanne at every Friday Gap. Her pain is now gone...and she is with our Lord!
When we broke into grps to pray... prayed wih andrew and jedrik....we did a quick sharing due to lack of time and we just pray whatever that comes into our mind...when i prayed all the words just flowed and flowed out of my mouth... I know i cldnt do that on my own human strength but i know it was the Holy Spirit really guiding me. Never prayed ths fervently for a long time!
oh and i want to SAY A BIG THANKS to Laura from my small grp...I was really ENCOURAGE and SUPRISED by ur email just now,responding to my blog, 28 june post which is also the last post. "For He knows the plans He has for you,plans to prosper you, to give you a hope and a future. These are trying times,but remember who's in control." if anyone is wondering who is in control...ITS OUR ALMIGHTY GOD!
