I'M SICK and BURNT!!!! sighhh =(
Todays quite a lousy day...woke up feeling soooo sick...having runny nose,cold,throat abit dry, back BURNT,body aching pretty bad, and feeling so lethargic and drowsy.But its the FIRST DAY of school for the Tp design students, so drag myself to school for the module Material Study...
After that we headed to town for this talk by a Famous Architect, William Alsop from England(he design Clark Quay) at Marina mandarin hotel. Was expecting a lot from this guy who has design many great architecture buildings in the World. BUT to be honest...it was quite a disappointing talk for me and i tink for most of my course mates too. This guy really was JUST SOOOO BORING when he talk! He was like mumbling every word and imagine listening to him for more than 2hrs talking talking talking..and with the lights dim, and me feeling so drowsy,i just knock out for awhile. The short break was actually the highlight bcoz of the COOL REFRESHMENTS! the donuts was soooo delicious! after the break was Q& A... OH GOSH..when i thought it cldnt be worse than that... Every question asked, he ANSWERED UNTIL totally OUT of POINT and dunno how he ended up telling his whole LIFE STORY! oh well...i guess although he maybe a good architectect,public speaking isnt really his thing at all.
