Recently the crosstrainers march event planning comm encountered an unforeseen HUGE BUDGET issue.And its really huge... like 5 digits huge!
And we really need people to CONFIRM their attendence ASAP so the booking cost for everything won't go to waste.
Its so huge that now even the Cross trainers might have to raise funds after the event to cover cost for YM.
SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE TIME to come down whatever the circumstances. THANKSSSSS PEOPLE!
Our march event team was quite worried after last sunday 2nd recce we called the boss of the place again and found out the budget was now way wayyyyy above what we original negotiate about. We prayed and the spot together...and then called again. well God actually helped us by brining the original cost down by at least $8000, but now the boss of that place afriad he lose his job bcoz he brought it very low for us. But we realize we were still way above our budget so we are now a little worried.
But just now before writing this, i prayed and God showed me this from the Word...
"Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Romans 4:20,21"
This verse will speak closely to the march event team bcoz we all saw God's Promised of the Rainbow when we entered Pulau Ubin on our first recce a few weeks back. And i believed this verse is an assurance for us of his promise to us for this event! =)
Anyway still really need all your prayers out there for this event in our team planning! Tmr having another meeting!
