First Day of lessons!!! (Lines and many more lines!!)
Todays finally the first day of my lessons!!! I was sort of lookin forward to it... Today was also the first day i had to TAP out my bus card!!! Now i'm using adult fare...arghhhh... i hate dat... so expensive! well the first lesson today was learning to use autoCad.. it was quite fun learnin the basics of it and was quite easy to pick up.. i was thinkin...wow...imagine everyday also like dat...in the air con room and jus learning non-academic subjects! Sooooo funnnnnn... after lessons... we had our 3 HR BREAK!!!!!! arghhhh..its actually too long!!!... avon, russell, hanan and me didnt noe wad to do...we walk to the student lougue, walk back to the entrance of the library..and they had this brazilian "fight" or "dance" called the "Capoeira"(dunno how to spell it, smthing like dat)..well it was quite cool to see this ppl entertaining the crowd with their swift fightin ablility which they cannot touch is other..they had to dodge each other attacks and they did very well together with the cool samba music. After this we headed to the library 2nd floor... there was a huge screen which had ESPN!!! It was showin the Blackburn vs charlton game! And there was comfy chairs!! well after slackin here for a while we went back to the design skool..
Now for lesson 2!!! We had to learn how to draw many many straight lines across and A3 paper length wise... and it was tough drawin it freehand....i was actually quite stressed trying to perfect the skill of drawing nice straight lines freehand...with the ritght weight too..arghhhhhh
Dat wasnt all!!! Now we had to draw guide lines with exact measurements across the A3 paper...and i mean exact measurements like 5mm and 8 mm, with intervals etc. It was tedious jus to draw the lines... And den we had to filled each lines with manmy many many MANY MANY LETTERS, WORDS or NUMBERS!!!!!! Until filling the whole A3 paper...aiyoooooooooooo....arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..my hand was aching after writing all this stuffs and i now hav like a phobia of seeing lines...
Later, i met faizal, edric with russell and we headed for the floorball trials... there were 2 nationals dat i recognise..Brown the captain and keith... I saw both of them a couple yrs back at the teen games. it was quite an honor when national floorballer Keith was talkin to me at the start when he found out i was from stgabs sec...ANyways nearly more than 150 plus guys turned up for the trials! We were separated between some experience in floorball and totally new players... den we had our timings for 100m sprint at the track at nite...it was great runnin at nite with the floodlights with the cool breeze... AND u noe wad! I was one of the fastest in the 100 m... with a time of 10.92 secs... Its to good to be true...definitely there must be alot of human error when the time was taken. My shuttle run timing was also taken with a timing of 9.7 secs..dat was the fastest of the lot there, although its quite slow, bcoz i jus ran a tiring 100m sprint. Well after dat we had trial shooting, dribbling and stuff like dat.. i den gone home with faizal..and i miss my freaking bus stop!!! I den had to figure my way back in the middle of the nite in an unknown area boon keng. haizzzz.
